Three Days

Yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Summarized by Claude every morning, waiting on your iPhone and Mac.

One glance, three days.

Every morning a scheduled task in your own Claude account reads your calendar, inbox, and Slack, writes a short summary, and publishes it to Three Days. The app shows it as three tabs.

Finally, a daily summary that you get a notification about on your Mac or iPhone, and if you'd like, there are desktop and phone widgets too. Simple glances for Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.

Yesterday

What mattered, plus yesterday's own summary kept exactly as it was published. An archive, not a rewrite.

Today

A one-line headline, the urgent issues in priority order, and today's schedule in time order.

Today tab

Tomorrow

What's known about tomorrow: the headline, what to prepare, and tomorrow's schedule.

How it works

Three parts. Your data never leaves your Claude account; only the finished summary travels.

1

Claude, on a schedule

A scheduled task in Claude runs each morning with the connectors you already use: calendar, mail, Slack. It gathers, thinks, and writes the summary.

2

Three Days, the connector

Claude publishes through the Three Days connector, an MCP server at threedays.net. It stores the summary for you, keeps a few days of history, and sends a push to your devices.

3

Your iPhone and Mac

The app, its home-screen widget, and the Mac app read the summary. Sign in with Apple ties them to the same identity, so every device shows the same three days.

Set it up

About five minutes, all from your phone. You'll need a Claude plan with connectors and scheduled tasks.

  1. Get Three Days

Install the app on your iPhone. Three Days is in active development; App Store availability is coming. Open it and tap Sign in with Apple, or continue without an account if you prefer a device-only identity.

  2. Add the connector in Claude

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Three Days, paste https://threedays.net/mcp, then tap Add and Connect.

  3. Approve it

A page opens with a six-character code. Tap Open Three Days on it, or enter the code in the app under Settings → Approve a connection, and approve. Claude is now linked to you, with no passwords or keys to copy.

  4. Create the scheduled task

In Claude, make a new scheduled task for each morning, enable the Three Days connector plus your calendar, mail, and Slack connectors, and paste these instructions. They never need to change; the connector supplies the details on every run.

Prepare my Three Days summary. First call the Three Days connector's get_instructions tool and follow the instructions it returns exactly, using only the connectors attached to this task. Finish by confirming the publish as those instructions describe.
  5. Run it once, then relax

Tap Run now on the task. Within a minute the app fills in, the widget updates, and from then on it happens by itself every morning. Add the widget from your home screen, and link the Mac app to your phone with a code from its first-run screen.

What Three Days stores

Only what you see in the app.

  • The summaries themselves, kept for a few days so Yesterday works, then dropped.
  • An identity for you: the anonymous identifier Apple provides with Sign in with Apple. Never your name, email, calendar, or messages; Claude reads those in your own account.
  • A push token per device so a fresh summary can wake the app. Nothing else.
